Join the Dining Task Force

Apply now to be involved from start to finish in a full Request for Proposals or "RFP" process AND have a say in what the future of dining at HSU will be.

Being there from the start will ensure you will help the Task Force determine what qualifies and disqualifies companies from candidacy to propose a contract for HSU's Dining Services. 

Apply before Tuesday, August 25th to be considered for this Task Force.

Tentative Timeline for the Dining Task Force:
  • August 1-5, 2020:  Campus announcement of...
    • Request for Proposals (RFP) timeline
    • A.S. appointed student co-chair
    • professional staff co-chair
  • September 1, 2020: Task Force membership is appointed and solidified
  • October-November, 2020: campus visits (virtual or in-person) to see facilities & construct RFP qualifiers 
  • December 1, 2020-February 1, 2021: Post the Request for Proposals
  • February 2-March 31, 2021: Request for Proposals review & campus presentations
  • April 15, 2021: announce selected vendor 
  • April 15 - July 1 or July 15, 2021: Vendor Transition to Campus
